1. Acceptance of Terms

By commissioning artwork from Lego Street Flash and using our services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Lego Street Flash provides custom art services combining street art and Lego creativity. Our services include:

• Custom mural design and installation
• Lego art sculptures and installations
• Art consultation and space transformation
• Workshop and event services
• Commissioned artwork

3. Commission Process

3.1 Initial Consultation

All projects begin with a consultation to discuss your vision, space requirements, and budget. We'll provide a detailed proposal based on your needs.

3.2 Project Agreement

Once the proposal is accepted, we'll create a detailed project agreement outlining the scope, timeline, and terms of the commission.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Payment Schedule

• 50% deposit required to secure project dates
• Remaining 50% due upon project completion
• All fees are in Euros (EUR)
• Payment processing is handled by secure third-party providers

4.2 Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Full refund if cancelled 30+ days before project start
• 50% refund if cancelled 14-29 days before project start
• No refund if cancelled less than 14 days before project start
• Deposit is non-refundable for custom Lego pieces already created

5. Intellectual Property Rights

5.1 Artwork Rights

All original artwork created by Lego Street Flash remains our intellectual property. We retain the right to:

• Photograph and document the artwork
• Use images for portfolio and marketing purposes
• Create similar works for other clients

5.2 Client Rights

Upon full payment, you receive:

• Full ownership of the physical artwork
• Right to display the artwork in the commissioned location
• Permission to photograph and share images of the artwork

6. Installation and Maintenance

6.1 Installation

We handle all aspects of installation, including:

• Site preparation and protection
• Professional installation by our team
• Clean-up and final inspection

6.2 Maintenance

We provide maintenance guidelines for all artwork. Additional maintenance services are available at an hourly rate.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.

8. Disclaimers and Limitations

8.1 Artwork Longevity

While we use high-quality materials, the longevity of artwork can be affected by environmental factors. We provide care instructions to maximize artwork lifespan.

8.2 Limitation of Liability

Lego Street Flash shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the installation or display of our artwork.

9. Technical Requirements

For successful project completion, we require:

• Access to the installation site during agreed hours
• Proper lighting and environmental conditions
• Clear access for equipment and materials
• Any necessary permits or permissions

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify clients of significant changes via email. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Amsterdam.
